These Consent, Privacy & AI These Consent, Privacy & AI Use Terms ("Terms") govern how Nyuvo Solutions Pty Ltd ("Nyuvo", "we", "our", "us") collects, processes, stores, and uses information when you access or use the Nyuvo mobile application, website, or related services ("Services").
By creating an account, enabling permissions, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly consent to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Nyuvo operates under the following principles:

- Purpose limitation: Processing only for defined, legitimate purposes

You represent and warrant that:

- All required notices and consents have been obtained from third parties
- Use of the Services does not breach privacy, confidentiality, or agency obligations
Nyuvo does not verify the legality of third-party data uploaded by users and disclaims responsibility for unauthorised or unlawful data entry.
2.2 Automatically Collected Technical Data
Nyuvo collects limited technical data such as:
- Device type, OS version, and app version
- Feature usage, timestamps, and interaction patterns
- Diagnostic logs, crash reports, and audit logs
This data is used solely for security, reliability, performance optimisation, and compliance.
2.3 Voice & Audio Data (Explicit Consent)
When microphone access is enabled, the Services may capture:
- Voice commands
- Spoken notes or dictation
Voice data is processed for:
- Intent recognition
- Action generation (tasks, notes, reminders)
- Quality assurance and system improvement
Key disclosures:
- Voice data is not monetised
- Voice data is not used for advertising
- Audio may be temporarily stored, transcribed, anonymised, or deleted
- Retention varies based on operational and legal requirements
You may revoke microphone access at any time via device settings. Disabling voice access may materially limit functionality.
2.4 Camera Access (Property Images)
The Nyuvo application may request access to your device camera to enable you to capture images of properties including houses, house & land packages, land, and acreage.
The camera is used solely for:
- Capturing property images for listing and record-keeping purposes
- Attaching visual content to CRM entries, notes, and property records
- Supporting agent workflows and property documentation
Nyuvo does not use camera access for surveillance, facial recognition, or any unrelated purpose. Images captured are stored and processed only within the context of your use of the Services.
You may disable camera access at any time via your device settings. Disabling access may limit functionality.
2.5 Location Data (GPS Coordinates)
With your consent, Nyuvo may access location data, including GPS coordinates, for properties such as houses, house & land packages, land, and acreage.
This data is used solely for:
- Creating accurate property location references
- Generating visual representations of property locations
- Supporting mapping, navigation, and agent workflow features
Location data is not used for tracking users, behavioural monitoring, or advertising purposes.
Location access may be disabled at any time via your device settings. Disabling this feature may impact certain functionalities within the Services.
3. Purpose & Lawful Basis of Processing
Nyuvo processes data for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Operating AI-assisted CRM and workflow automation
- Converting conversations into structured actions
- Prioritising and organising business activities
- Providing system notifications and user support
- Security monitoring, fraud prevention, and compliance
- Product improvement and system analytics
Nyuvo does not process data for advertising, lead resale, or third-party marketing.
4. Artificial Intelligence & Automation Disclosure
The Services incorporate AI-driven systems that analyse voice, text, and usage signals to generate suggested or automated actions.
You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs are probabilistic and non-deterministic
- Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contextually incorrect
- AI-generated actions are assistive only
- You retain full responsibility for review and execution

5. Data Hosting, Security & Risk Acknowledgement
- Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure, primarily within Australia
- Encryption is applied to data in transit and at rest
- Role-based access controls, monitoring, and logging are enforced
While industry-standard safeguards are applied, no system is entirely risk-free. You acknowledge and accept residual risk.
6. Disclosure to Service Providers
Nyuvo may disclose limited data to vetted third-party service providers strictly for operational purposes such as:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure
- Notifications and messaging
- Error tracking and diagnostics
- Customer support operations
All providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
7. Data Retention & Destruction
- Data is retained while your account remains active
- Upon termination, data is deleted or anonymised subject to legal requirements
- Backup data is retained temporarily and purged on scheduled cycles
Retention timelines may vary due to legal, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.

10. Permissions & Functional Dependency

Revoking permissions may reduce or disable functionality.
11. Data Location & Cross-Border Processing
Nyuvo primarily stores and processes user data on secure cloud infrastructure located in Australia. In limited circumstances, data may be processed or accessed from other jurisdictions for operational purposes.
12. Software Development & Access Controls
Nyuvo may engage software developers outside Australia under strict security and confidentiality controls.
- No use of live production data in development
- Use of anonymised/test data
- Controlled and logged access
13. Amendments
Nyuvo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
- No liability for indirect or consequential loss
- Liability limited to fees paid (if any)
- User indemnifies Nyuvo for misuse
